New Attempt … Powered by Octopress!
After years, or better decades, of empty blogs with wordpress I’m trying to do something with Octopress.
There are a lot of How to that help the Octopress setup on your local machine, but the offical one Octopress setup probably is the best one.
Just one hint, if you are working on a OSX Lion Environment, during the ruby installation with rvm you need to change the command:

My first impressions with Octopress are:
Good.
- no database.
- good flexibility
- Markdown
- no comments, this means no spam at all!
Bad.
- too nerdy
- the installation process is … too much
- the publish with rsync will be very slow because
rake generatewill change all your files. - too nerdy!
Cheers!
